Making a Return or Exchange

If your order meets our return criteria, please send us an email at hello@beyondpolish.com or in the chat box with the following information:

1. Order number or email address you placed your order under
2. The item you wish to return
3. The reason for returning
4. Let us know if the item was a gift

Once we receive this information, we will send you a return authorization email. Please note, we do not provide return labels and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. Thank you!
