Before each order is shipped out, each item is scanned out to ensure a complete & accurate order. However, mistakes can sometimes happen and if your order is missing an item we're happy to correct it!
Please send the following information to: hello@beyondpolish.com or provide the info in our chat box:
- Order number or email address the order was placed under
- The item that is missing from your order
Once we receive this information, we will send you a replacement for the item. In the case the item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit for the missing item.
