I Received A Damaged or Defective Item

Hi! While we try to do a quick check on every bottle and wrap them carefully, unfortunately some items will arrive damaged or defective. We'd love to take care of you!

  1. Please take a photo of the item that is damaged or defective.
  2. Send the photo over to hello@beyondpolish.com, along with your order number and the name of the item.
  3. Once those are received, we will be happy to send you a replacement for the item, or a store credit if preferred.
