First thing to check: spam folder, and any other email addresses you might have used at checkout.

If you still can't find it, reply with:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The last 4 digits of the card you used

(We never need the full card number.)

If we can't find any order matching that info, it's possible the charge came from a different site. Be aware: beyondpolish.shop is a known scam site that copies our branding — if you ordered there, the charge isn't with us. You'd need to dispute with your bank.
