Why isn't the $5 flat rate applying at checkout?

The $5 flat rate kicks in at $85+ subtotal — calculated AFTER discounts and BEFORE taxes/shipping. If a discount code brings your subtotal below $85, standard weight-based rates apply instead.

If your cart is at $85+ after discounts and you're still not seeing the $5 rate:

1. Refresh the page or restart your browser — sometimes a stale session causes it
2. If still not working, place the order and reply with your order number. We'll manually adjust the shipping charge if it qualifies.
