My tracking says delivered but I don't have the package.

USPS sometimes pre-scans packages as "delivered" a day or so early. Here's what to do:

  1. Wait until end of the next business day — packages often show up after an early delivery scan
  2. Check with neighbors, household members, and any safe-drop spots
  3. Look around your front door, side gates, garage area
  4. Check with your local post office (they sometimes scan early when sorting)

If 48 hours pass and it still hasn't arrived:

  • If you bought Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout: file a claim through the Returns Portal. Photos required for damaged items. Claim window for "delivered" packages: 5–15 days from the delivery scan.
  • If you didn't buy Navidium: reply with your order number and we'll look into it.

We don't cover packages delivered to parcel lockers, forwarding companies, business front desks, or signed for by an individual.
