How do I redeem my points?

At checkout:

• Desktop: find the dropdown menu under your cart contents on the right side
• Mobile: expand the Order Summary to access the rewards dropdown

Important if you use Shop Pay or the Shop App:
Do NOT log in via Shop Pay at checkout — scroll to the bottom and "check out as a guest" to access your rewards options. Shop Pay's flow can skip the rewards interface.
