Why doesn't the color match the picture?

Color is genuinely tricky online — lighting, screen calibration, photography techniques, and skin tone all affect how a polish looks compared to what you see on screen. We can't guarantee an exact match.

Important for OPI: OPI does NOT claim color matching across product types. A shade name might exist as a gel, lacquer, AND dip powder, but the tones can be different. Buying a different version won't necessarily fix a perceived mismatch.

If the color doesn't work for you and the item is unused in original packaging, you can return for store credit within 14 days of delivery (see the return policy).
