Due to the high volume of orders, we are not able to remove items from your order if it has already been shipped or processed.
To remove an item from your order, please send us an email with the following information to: hello@beyondpolish.com or in the chat box.
- Order number and the email address you placed your order under
- The item you would like to remove from your order
Once we receive this information, and confirm your order hasn't been processed yet, we will edit your order and provide you with a refund back to your original form of payment for the item.
